David Lott, PT, DPT, CEAS, Cert MDT
David Lott, PT, DPT, CEAS, Cert MDT, received his bachelors degree in Biology from Southern Methodist University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Hardin Simmons University. Dr. Lott is a certified McKenzie Therapist (Cert MDT), a distinction held by less than 1% of Texas Physical Therapists. He is a certified ergonomic assessment specialist (CEAS) and certified WorkSTEPS provider. Dr. Lott received the Ruby Decker Award for Most Outstanding Physical Therapist in 2007, which is the highest distinction a physical Therapist can receive in Texas, as well as the Warren C. Smythe Award in 2007 for most outstanding contribution to the physical therapy profession by a private practitioner in Texas. He specializes in orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation; however, enjoys all aspects of outpatient therapy ranging from geriatric balance and deconditioning issues to athletic injuries. Tina Sullivan, PTA
Tina Sullivan, PTA, graduated from North Harris Community College in 2000. She has worked in various areas of Physical Therapy settings including outpatient, nursing home, home health, and hospital settings. Erin Maggard, MPT
Erin Maggard, MPT, graduated from the University of North Texas with her BS in Gerontology. She then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center School of Physical Therapy and received her Masters of Physical Therapy. Erin has special interests in the Geriatric population and Women’s Health Issues. She is certified in by the national WorkSTEPS program to perform ergonomic analysis in compliance with the ADA. Another certification includes kinesio taping techniques to control edema and reduce pain. Pam Calame, PTA
Pam Calame, PTA, received her degree from McClellan Community College and has been practicing for over 17 years. She specializes in the care of the homebound patient. Pam focuses on home safety and adaptation, gait training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, and caregiver education. She also rehabilitates surgical patients, young and old, during their homebound recovery period. Pam is licensed in the state of Texas.

Charla Adamick, PTA
Charla Adamick, PTA, graduated from McLennan Community College in 2007 with an Associate's Degree in Applied Science. She cares for clients in various physical therapy settings including the outpatient clinic, client homes, and hospital.
